Its yet another busy day of my life.
I've Got a few Highlights today.
(After all, all this is part of my life destination..)

Today's Sunday,
(as usual. Back to business..)

I'm yet another Garung Guni boy like every other Sunday today.
Oh well, this morning when I woke up, it was rather fresh.


Because..


My dad woke me up personally.

And he uses this most gentle tone of his(Or i should say less-manly)
to wake me up POLITELY .

Yeah it was rather cool of him to do that.

I've actually told him before the way of waking me up could affect my mood for the morning.

Better yet the whole morning.

I guess he did his homework (Maybe he did some voice practising perhaps?)
I was feeling fresh.

Ready for the DAY!

I didn't had breakfast .
'Cause we're having it downstairs and it's like I've ate the same stuffs there for FOUR freaking years .
(I'm not being picky here though)

I brought my usual gear along
(Handphone + ear piece -> My portable radio.)
Can't do without them

Sunday's a great day for digging up the latest musics.
(98.7FM! Top 20 songs countdown.)
Wished I could vote for my songs too.

However, I'm using prepaid SIM card.
(Toooo.. bad...)
I'm always praying on a day like this for my favourite songs to stay on the chart.

Today's a different day from every other Sunday I had.

This morning when we've reached Cantonment Close .
Mum went to block 19 first.

So I was all alone by myself then.
As I was tuning in to 98.7's at the void deck.
(Yea, I was loitering around alright.)

A guy approached me moments later.
He seems to be around the same age as I am .

He asked me questions like;
am I a garung Guni,
am i entitled to collect stuffs here
and how many people I've got with me.

At first I was startled.
(Man, is he a stalker or something?)

Then I finally realised that he's here for the same purpose as I am.

He've got this paper on his hand with lots of information on it.
(I tink I saw a map o.O)
(I think it's a list of things that he is going to find and collect from the residents.=/)

I asked him some question too.
Then I finally found out that he IS a garung guni too.
Since he's not wearing his school uniform . He's not from the recyle public too.

And guess what.

He brought friends with him

There's about 8,9 of them.
Girls and Boys. All dressed up,
supposedly ready for a big sweaty day.

They are actually working just like the way we work too
(Yes, teenagers.)

Just that they doesn't use the Horn like us do

(Hey, why not? that's a convinient tool.
Basically it attracts attention. =D )


Now with these loads of Boys and Girls.
It could only mean one word for me and mum.

COMPETITORS!

They're jus so quick and we're shorthanded ...
Its only till mid - noon then I realised that those guys are actually working for a group of garung gunis. They pay them for that they had collected for them .

In betweens the hours of cos..
There were some embrassing moments..

Anyway.
(It's jus lucky that mum had got some loyal customers . )
(Or. tml we shall eat grass already !)

Today I brought my laptop along .
I was planning to sell it and get a new one.
(yea. Its on my wishlist)

Mum on the previous week found 2 interested buyers.
So today I went to see them .

The first guy was rather "pleased with my presentation" on the laptop .
He left made an impression for me.
"We would very much love to have it, the price is alright~"

Wow..
Buying My rundown-wanna-be laptop for $S800.
~Its jus like a dream~

came true ?

(Who says dreams always ended sweetly.)

Some moments later .
The guy told me he had changed his mind.
He gave 2 reasons which in doesn't really make sense though.

1st reason: He said he had to discuss with his wife again to re- consider
(Oh,Brother..Then why u kept my hopes high.)

2nd reason: He said his father just called him and had bought him a new laptop supposedly to surprise him on christmas

(Good for you, bad for me. Wished my dad could do the same thing <_<)

(He was rather polite and sincere while explaining >_>)


The second guy was..
(hmm)
He was a professional or something like that to computers.
He seems to know computers, especially on softwares well .

He was spinning his yarns all the while talking about the latest technolohy..Graphic cards..Processors..RAM..(yawnz..So are u interested in my laptop or not dude..)

I was acting as though was highly interested in the subjects.
So to form some sort of connection <_<

So I was told by him that DDR3 RAM had already been launched long ago in the market. For desktop computers of cos.

He claims that it's the reason why DDR2 RAMs price are dropping fast .
(I wonder if it's true. DDR3 RAM??)
I mean DDR3 ?!
Out already ??

That dude offered $S550 for my laptop though.
I of cos, declined that offer.
Its way too low.

(Yeah..After so much crap.. He gave such a low price..)

Was my lappy really that bad ?
